Flintoft and Fir Mountain are tiny communities both 15 minutes away from us.

West Poplar / Opheim port is 35 minutes from the town, but it doesn't stay open late at night. Opheim, Montana is 40 minutes from Wood Mountain (If the border crossing takes a short time).

Glentworth, Limerick, and Killdeer are all 30 minutes from Wood Mountain. There are stores and gas stations in Glentworth, Limerick, Rockglen (not pictured), and Opheim. Assiniboia and Lafleche are the largest towns less than an hour from our village.

The nearest cities in Canada are Moose Jaw(2hours), Swift Current(2.2h), and Regina the Capital of Saskatchewan(2.5h). The nearest U.S. city is Glasgow, Mont.(2h).
